For users outside the United States, these Non-US Terms of Service represent a legal agreement governing the relationship between you (“you,” “your,” “yours”) and us concerning the services we provide via JokerBox (“Services”).
The Services include all text, images, graphics, photographs, audio, video, buttons, icons, animations, data, messages, software, and other content, information, or materials on JokerBox (“Materials”) as well as any Materials you post or share on JokerBox, such as chatroom posts (“Content”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services, including our Site, products, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use, and disclosure practices described.

By using, visiting, or accessing any part of JokerBox, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service along with all related policies. You certify that you are (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age and of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, (b) legally capable of entering into and agreeing to these Terms of Service, (c) using the Services freely, voluntarily, and solely for personal enjoyment, and (d) committed to providing accurate and complete information to JokerBox, updating it promptly as necessary. You also understand that you alone are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes under your state’s laws that may arise from your use of the Services.
JokerBox reserves the right to unilaterally modify, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service as needed, including for compliance with applicable laws. All updates become effective immediately upon posting and will supersede any previous versions, unless the revised Terms specifically retain previous provisions.
When any changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms of Service will reflect the update. You agree to re-visit this page on a frequent basis, and to use the “Refresh” button on your browser when doing so. You agree to note the date above. If the “Last Updated” date remains unchanged from the last time you reviewed these Terms of Service, then you may presume that nothing in these Terms of Service has changed since the last time you visited. If the “Last Updated” date has changed, then you must review the updated Terms of Service in their entirety. You must agree to any updated Terms of Service or immediately cease use of JokerBox. If you fail to review these Terms of Service as required to determine if any changes have been made, you assume all responsibility for such omission, and you agree that such failure amounts to your affirmative waiver of your right to review the updated terms. We are not responsible for your neglect of your legal rights. JokerBox will not discriminate against individuals for exercising their privacy rights under California law.

2. ACCOUNTS
A. Registration
By registering for an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Each user may create only one account on JokerBox, as long as you satisfy the eligibility requirements outlined here and comply with these Terms of Service. Should you register multiple accounts, JokerBox reserves the right to terminate one or both accounts, resulting in the loss of any associated rights, Credits, or items earned on those accounts. To make purchases or use other paid features on JokerBox, you must provide a valid payment method. If required information is missing, if false information is suspected, or if you decline to accept these Terms of Service, we may terminate your account. Account registration is granted at JokerBox’s sole discretion.
B. Proof of Age and Identity
We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and for any reason. This may include asking you to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID or tax identification number before using certain features of the Services. Failure to supply accurate and up-to-date documentation upon request may result in JokerBox restricting or denying access to the platform or any of its features. Such actions may include withholding funds in your account, refusing redemptions, exchanges, or other transactions, and denying account closure requests.
C. Maintenance
If you provide any false, misleading, inaccurate, incomplete, not current, or otherwise incorrect information to us, or if you fail to promptly update such information to maintain its accuracy and completeness, or if we or any of our authorized agents have reasonable grounds to suspect that a violation of this provision has occurred, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of JokerBox. If we suspend or terminate your account, your membership, account, and discounts are null and void, and you will be responsible for a-la-carte billing for the Services.
D. No Account Sharing
You will not use, attempt to access, or ask for the login credentials for any third party’s account at any time. You will not allow any third party to access or use your account at any time, nor provide any third party with your login credentials. We will not be liable for any loss that we may incur because of any third party using your password or otherwise accessing your account, either with or without your knowledge. You will be liable for losses incurred by us or any third party due to the release of account credentials to unauthorized persons.
E. Termination
You have the right to close your account at any time for any reason by contacting us at support@Jokerbox.net. You will not assign, transfer, sell, or share your membership to JokerBox. If you do, both you and the unauthorized user are jointly and severally liable for any fees that will be due.
JokerBox has the right to suspend or delete your account, membership, or any licenses herein at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. Any outstanding balance due will remain if you are terminated with or without cause. We are not responsible for preserving terminated account information which may be permanently deleted at our discretion.

3. GRANT OF RIGHTS
A. Materials
JokerBox provides limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal licenses to access Services. You understand that all we are selling you is access to JokerBox and use of the Services as we provide them from time to time. You are responsible for your own internet access, hardware, and software cost, as well as any fees that you incur by accessing JokerBox or using the Services.
All users are allowed to access certain public areas of JokerBox and utilize the Services and Materials available there, at no cost. We provide each user with a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal license to access and use the free Materials in these public areas of JokerBox, for private, non-commercial purposes, on a single computer or mobile device. This free license excludes access to paid areas of JokerBox and their associated Materials.
Additionally, we grant you a separate, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal license to access and use JokerBox, including the Services and Materials, based on any additional purchases of paid features or upgrades. This paid license is similarly restricted to private, non-commercial use on a single computer or mobile device. We reserve the right to impose limits on the number of Materials you can view or the Services available to you.
Please note that your access to JokerBox and use of the Services and Materials does not transfer ownership of any content. You are prohibited from copying or redistributing any Materials and must take steps to prevent unauthorized access, use, or duplication of the Materials by others.
B. Content
We may permit you to submit Content to JokerBox, including posts made in the chatroom. Except for personally identifiable information covered under our Privacy Policy, we will consider Content submitted to JokerBox non-confidential and nonproprietary. We will have no obligation regarding Content, and we do not guarantee any confidentiality for any Content. You are solely responsible for the Content and the consequences of posting the Content to JokerBox.
You retain all ownership rights in the Content. However, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content for our business (and the business of our successors), including for promoting and redistributing any part of JokerBox (and derivative works of it) in any media formats and through any media channels. This license shall include the right to copy and transfer the Content to any affiliate or related or partner sites of ours, and to post the Content on different pages of JokerBox at our sole discretion. We may freely use and otherwise exploit this Content for any purpose. User-submitted content is non-confidential, and JokerBox may use it without obligation to you.
You grant each user of JokerBox a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to access, use, reproduce, display, and perform the Content through JokerBox, as permitted through JokerBox and under these Non-US Terms of Service.

4. PRIMARY FEATURES
A. Boxes
By purchasing Boxes, you understand and agree that you may receive EXP, item(s), or a combination of both, with values equal to or greater than the Box price. Your Credits will be instantly debited for the purchase of the Box.
You will then see a visual animation to signify the action. Display animations are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the actual items. Although we make every effort to display the item(s) in Boxes accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of the item(s) revealed in Boxes accurately reflects the item(s) in the Boxes. Your item(s) and the packaging of the item(s) may vary slightly from those images.
Every available item packed into the Boxes is displayed beneath the Box listing prominently on JokerBox. The results of your purchased box are determined by the algorithm we use, not by the visual display. This algorithm is fair and verifiable. For more information, please visit our website.
B. Daily Drops and EXP
Each day, we may offer you certain free daily rewards depending upon your level, including the ability to open certain free Boxes (“Daily Drops”). You can increase your level (and thereby increase the number of Daily Drops available each day) by purchasing EXP or obtaining it as an item in a Box. EXP allows users to “level up” and access more Daily Drops each day, potentially featuring better items. When you top up, you will receive extra EXP.
You understand and agree that if you fail to open the Daily Drop(s) in a timely manner, you are not entitled to any rights associated with the Daily Drop(s) or to rights associated with levels you have not yet attained. EXP is non-transferable between users and has a fair market value equivalent to the price displayed on JokerBox.
C. Exchanges
You may exchange Box item(s) before redeeming by paying an exchange fee, which may change without notice. When exchanging for item(s) of equal or lesser value, you must select items accordingly and pay the exchange fee, along with any delivery costs. If you choose to exchange for Credits, the value of the item(s) (minus exchange fees) will be credited to your account, which can be used to purchase other Boxes or EXP.

5. AUTHENTIC PRODUCT
At JokerBox, we pride ourselves on offering our customers only the best and most authentic products. We understand that trust is key when it comes to shopping online, which is why we source all our products from trusted and authentic platforms. Our team of experts thoroughly inspects every item that comes through our doors to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and authenticity. When you shop on our website, you can rest assured that you are getting a genuine product in excellent condition. So, whether you’re looking for the latest sneakers, designer clothing, or rare collectibles, you can trust that JokerBox has got you covered.

6. ITEM REDEMPTION
A. Redemption
To redeem the item(s) in your Box, you may need to provide information such as a delivery address, email, or size. If you provide incomplete or incorrect details, we may cancel the order and refund you or charge an additional fee to cover extra work. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information.
If an item is out of stock, or there is an error in its description or price, we may cancel the redemption and issue in-store credit for the item’s value. This could also happen due to changes in the item, supply delays, or legal reasons. If this occurs, you must return any delivered items, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Some luxury items may be collection-only, as stated in the item description. It’s your responsibility to check and collect the item(s) from the designated location if required.
B. Delivery
The delivery cost shown does not include customs, duties, or import fees, which are your responsibility. These fees may be charged by our third-party providers or the postal service. We are not liable for any importation fees. To avoid these fees, contact support before redeeming your item(s) for shipping details. After paying any delivery and import fees and providing the necessary information, we will ship your item(s) as soon as possible, typically within 3 to 30 days.
If you’re not home when your item(s) arrive, a note will be left with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your item(s) from a local depot. If you don’t arrange delivery or collect the item(s), we may issue a refund.
If you believe your item(s) were lost during delivery, please contact support@Jokerbox.net. You may need to provide proof of non-shipment, and refunds will not be issued without this proof.
C. Delays
If an event outside our control delays the supply of item(s), we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the delay’s impact. We are not liable for delays caused by such events, but if a substantial delay is likely, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any unreceived redeemed item(s).
D. Damaged or Faulty Item(s)
If you receive damaged or faulty item(s), contact us at support@Jokerbox.net. We may require you to return the item(s) before issuing a refund, and we will cover the return delivery costs. If the item(s) are not damaged or faulty, no refund will be issued.
E. Refunds
You are entitled to a refund under this section if you meet one of the listed requirements: (a) you return all item(s) for which a refund is requested, or (b) you pay the associated return delivery costs unless stated otherwise. Refunds for delivery costs will cover only the least expensive available method. If eligible for a refund, we may resolve it by (a) refunding the item(s) value less any applicable fees, (b) providing Credit or cryptocurrency equal to the item(s) value less fees, (c) sending a like replacement, or (d) sending different item(s) of equal or greater value. Due to the nature of the mystery box, we do not support credit card refunds. Once payment is processed, it cannot be refunded.

7. BILLING AND PAYMENTS
A. Credits
If you provide valid and current payment information, you may deposit Credits to your account to purchase Boxes, EXP, or use other features of JokerBox, such as paying for exchange fees or upgrades.
B. Price and Value
The price of each Box, EXP, and other products, services, features, and any associated fees are prominently displayed on JokerBox at the time of purchase.
The value of item(s) is prominently displayed in the item description at any given time. The value of item(s) acquired will be based on the value at the time you attempt to redeem, exchange, upgrade, or otherwise dispose of them—not the value at the time of acquisition.
C. Fees
We reserve the right to charge additional fees for access to JokerBox or any other features or services and to adjust our fee structure at our discretion. Prices, item values, and fees may be updated daily. Previous prices, values, offers, and discounts become unavailable once removed from JokerBox. You agree to pay any fees or charges related to your account, immediately upon due, per our billing policy or that of our third-party billing agent.
D. Third-Party Payment Processing
We utilize various third-party payment processors and gateways and may add others at our discretion to process all payments associated with JokerBox. These third parties may impose additional terms that you need abide. We disclaim liability for any violations of such terms.
E. Changes to Billing Information
You must promptly inform our third-party billing agent of changes, including updates to your address or credit card details. You are responsible for any credit card chargebacks, dishonored checks, and related fees incurred by JokerBox, as well as additional fees or penalties imposed by our billing agent.
We reserve the right to change our fees and billing methods at any time, including adding administrative or supplemental charges for any feature, with or without prior notice.
F. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been erroneously billed, notify our third-party billing agent within thirty (30) days of the billing error first appearing on your account statement. If you do not report the error within thirty (30) days, the fee will be deemed acceptable, releasing us from liability. You are also responsible for reviewing and complying with the billing terms of third-party entities we engage for services.
G. Refunds and Chargebacks
All purchases, including Boxes and EXP, are final and nonrefundable. Refund requests are addressed solely at our discretion. If a purchase at JokerBox results in a chargeback, we may terminate your account.
H. Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards
If we discover the use of a stolen or fraudulent credit card, we will notify the relevant law enforcement agencies and terminate your account.

8. PROHIBITED USES
You agree to use JokerBox, the Services, and the Materials solely for lawful and authorized purposes. Without our express prior written authorization, you will not:
Use the Services for any purpose other than as offered by us, including in any way that is prohibited by these Non-US Terms of Service or that violates any applicable law, regulation, or treaty of any applicable governmental body, including:
Laws related to illegal gambling and gaming.
Intellectual property laws protecting patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, including making, obtaining, distributing, or accessing illegal copies of copyrighted, trademarked, or patented content, deleting intellectual property right indications and notices, or otherwise manipulating identifiers.
Laws against obscene, lewd, defamatory, or libelous speech; and
Laws protecting confidentiality, privacy rights, publicity rights, or data protection.
Fail to comply with orders, judgments, or mandates from courts of competent jurisdiction.
Link to JokerBox on any third-party website in any way that is unfair, illegal, or damages or takes advantage of our reputation, including any link that establishes or suggests a form of association, approval, or endorsement by us where none exists.
Post, upload, or share Content in any language other than English.
Post, upload, or share Content that is harmful, inaccurate, threatening, abusive, vulgar, violent, indecent, harassing, hateful, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, racially or ethnically offensive, likely to cause annoyance, intimidation, alarm, embarrassment, distress, discomfort, or inconvenience, or any content that, in our sole discretion, is otherwise inappropriate.
Engage in antisocial, disruptive, or destructive behavior, including “bombing,” “flaming,” “spamming,” “flooding,” “trolling,” “grieving,” or any other behavior that serves no purpose other than to harass, annoy, or offend users.
Impersonate another individual or entity, whether real or fictitious; falsely claim an affiliation with any individual or entity; access or attempt to access others' accounts without permission; misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via the Services; or perform any other fraudulent activity.
Engage in platform manipulation, including cheating, hacking, scamming, exploiting, or otherwise taking advantage of any features of JokerBox.
Circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with the operations of JokerBox, any user’s enjoyment of JokerBox, or our security-related features or features that prevent, limit, or restrict the use or copying of any materials or content, or features that enforce limitations on the use of JokerBox or its content. This includes posting, linking to, uploading, or otherwise disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, malware, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data, or other malicious code.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of JokerBox or any part of it, except if that activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Access or use any automated process (such as a robot, spider, scraper) to access JokerBox in violation of our robot exclusion headers or to scrape all or a substantial part of the Materials (except for bona fide search engine indexing or as we may expressly permit).
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part of them, except if applicable law expressly permits that activity.
Commercially exploit or make available the Services or the Materials to third parties, including “framing” or “mirroring” JokerBox.
Take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our technology infrastructure or make excessive demands on it.
Attempt to do any of the acts described in this section or assist or permit any person to engage in these acts.
Engaging in Prohibited Use will violate these Non-US Terms of Service and may lead to removal of your account balance, unredeemed items, order cancellations, temporary or permanent restrictions on your access to JokerBox (including the chatroom), or account suspension/termination. We may take legal action, including civil, criminal, or injunctive measures, and cancel your account for any unauthorized use of our Services or systems that violates applicable law.

9. LAW ENFORCEMENT
We will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities or orders from courts of competent jurisdiction, requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or location of any user in breach of these Non-US Terms of Service, in accordance with our privacy policies, subpoena compliance policies, and applicable law or regulation. If your activity results in JokerBox receiving a subpoena, discovery request, production order, or court order that causes JokerBox to incur expenses, court costs, or legal fees for compliance, you agree to reimburse us for any such expenses, costs, or legal fees upon our request.
10. AFFILIATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Affiliate Program
The Affiliate Program allows users to earn commissions by referring new users to JokerBox via a Referral Link or Code. Commissions are based on the top-up amounts of users who join through your referral. Anyone can join the Program as long as they comply with local laws. You may only use the Code and Link to promote JokerBox and must follow our terms of service. If your account is closed or you lose eligibility, your Code and Link will become invalid. JokerBox can remove you from the Program at any time without notice. You can share your Code or Link on your personal website or in content on third-party sites and social media. However, posting on third-party sites you don’t own is not recommended. You cannot use your Code and Link in paid ads, and any ads must not mislead or misuse JokerBox’s trademarks. Violations may lead to removal of your Code and Link or content. You are responsible for the content on your Affiliate Website and Referral Content, and JokerBox may seek compensation for any issues caused by your participation in the Program.
B. Affiliate Exclusivity
After joining the Program, you agree not to engage in similar promotions for competing products, mystery box services, or PVP probability games. Violating exclusivity may lead to blocking your account, confiscation of commissions, and permanent disqualification from receiving future commissions. You may appeal to support@Jokerbox.net for review by the our team.
C. Prohibited Uses of the Program
JokerBox can terminate your participation in the Program for various reasons, including but not limited to: (a) Failure to address suspicious behavior after notification; (b) posting harmful or offensive content; (c) using Codes on third party sites you don’t own or in paid ads without consent; (d) promoting illegal activities like hacking or fraud; (e) manipulating search engine results or engaging in deceptive practices; (f) using JokerBox’s trademarks or content without permission; (g) violating third-party terms of service; (h) engaging in illegal marketing or using malware. Violating these terms may result in termination, confiscation of commissions, legal action, and liability for investigative costs.
D. FTC Compliance
Affiliates in the United States must comply with FTC regulations, rules, and policies. Fraudulent or unfair advertising is prohibited. Any violation of these regulations may result in forfeiture of commissions.
E. Commissions
Commissions are paid according to the Program’s Terms of Service. Commission percentages and amounts may change without notice, and the structure varies by tier. By participating in the Program, you accept any adjustments to commission percentages. JokerBox reserves the right to refuse commissions or terminate participation due to suspicious activity, such as high refund rates. JokerBox may confiscate commissions and require information such as Social Security or Employer Identification Numbers in legal matters.
F. Limitation of Liability related to the Program
Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. This applies regardless of fault, and any total liability shall not exceed $100.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND DAMAGES
A. Governing Law and Venue
These Non-US Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms must be resolved exclusively in Orange County, California. All parties agree that legal actions related to these terms or any services covered by them will be filed solely in Orange County, California, and no other venue is permitted. This venue choice is mandatory, and all parties waive any claims of forum non-convenience or similar defenses. The courts in Orange County, California, will have personal jurisdiction for resolving disputes. You agree to accept services of process via registered or certified mail, Federal Express, or Priority Mail with proof of delivery. Any final judgment in these proceedings will be binding and may be enforced in Orange County, California, or other applicable jurisdictions.
B. Class Action Waiver
You hereby waive any right or ability to initiate or participate in any class action or collective proceeding.
C. Rights to Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that remedies at law may be inadequate for a full compensation if you breach this Agreement, and we shall therefore be entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to other legal or equitable remedies.
D. Liquidated Damages and Additional Fees
Certain provisions in these Non-US Terms of Service outline liquidated damages as penalties for specific violations. You agree to pay these amounts as non-punitive compensation based on the parties’ good faith calculation of anticipated damages, recognizing that actual damages are difficult to ascertain. If we hire an attorney, investigator, collections agent, or any other party to collect liquidated damages or any outstanding amounts, or if we seek injunctive relief, you agree to cover all associated fees. You acknowledge that even small damages may result in significant legal costs, which could exceed the amount of the damages themselves, and you agree to pay these costs.

12. DISCLAIMERS
A. We Disclaim All Warranties
We provide access to JokerBox and its services “as is” and “with all faults.” We do not guarantee that JokerBox or its services will meet your needs. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security, and reliability. We also do not guarantee that access to JokerBox will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that data loss will not occur. We may change or remove content on JokerBox at any time without notice. We do not offer any warranties for goods or services obtained through JokerBox or any transactions made on it. These disclaimers fully apply to what is allowed by law.
B. No Responsibility for Third-Party Links and User-Generated Materials
JokerBox may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as an endorsement. We have no control over the contents of these websites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from their use. We reserve the right to terminate any link at any time.
JokerBox may include user-uploaded content, such as posts in the chatroom. We are not responsible for this content and do not endorse it. You may encounter materials that are inaccurate, offensive, illegal, or objectionable, and you waive any claims against us related to this. We are not required to monitor or review user content but reserve the right to remove or block content that violates these Terms of Service. If we choose to monitor, we are not responsible for the content, have no obligation to modify or remove inappropriate content, and are not liable for the actions of users who upload it. C. Use at Your Own Risk
You expressly agree that access to JokerBox and use of the Services is at your own and sole risk. You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee that JokerBox or the Services will be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other potentially harmful code. We do not assume responsibility or risk for your access to or use of the Internet, JokerBox, or the Services. Any materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through JokerBox are done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your system or loss of data that may result.
D. Violations of Law
Access to JokerBox and use of the Services in violation of any law is strictly prohibited. If you provide or intend to provide any services in violation of the law, your access to JokerBox will be terminated immediately. We disclaim liability for any damages arising from illegal services and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any liability arising from your actions. You also agree to defend and indemnify us if any third party is harmed by your illegal actions or if we are obligated to defend such claims.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JokerBox, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, telecommunication providers, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, expenses, costs, or demands, including without limitation legal and accounting fees, for all damages directly, indirectly, or consequentially resulting or allegedly resulting from your actions or the actions of another person under your authority. This includes but is not limited to governmental agencies, use, misuse, or inability to use JokerBox or Materials, or any breach of these Non-US Terms of Service by you or another person under your authority.
We would promptly notify you via electronic mail of any such claim or suit, and we may cooperate fully (at your expense) in the defense of such a claim or suit. We reserve the right to participate in the defense of such a claim or suit at our own expense and choose our legal counsel; however, we are not obligated to do so.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
A. Release of Liability for User-Generated Content and Conduct
You acknowledge that we will not be liable for user-generated Materials or the offensive or illegal conduct of any person. You understand that the risk of harm or damage from this rests entirely with you, and you expressly release us from any liability arising out of user-generated Materials or the conduct of any person. You discharge, acquit, and release us, our parent company, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, and affiliates from all allegations, counts, charges, debts, causes of action, and claims relating in any way to the use of, or activities related to, JokerBox, including claims related to:
Negligence, gross negligence, reckless conduct, alienation of affections (where recognized), intentional infliction of emotional distress, interference with contractual or business relationships, defamation, privacy, publicity, intellectual property infringement, misrepresentation, infectious disease, revenge porn law violations, financial losses not due to our fault, missed meetings, unmet expectations, false identities, fraudulent acts, invasion of privacy, release of personal information, failed transactions, unavailability of JokerBox, technical failures, or any claims based on vicarious liability for torts committed by individuals met on or through JokerBox, including fraud, theft, assault, battery, stalking, harassment, cyber-bullying, rape, manslaughter, or murder.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive, of the types or categories of claims released by you. This release is intended to be broad and inclusive in favor of JokerBox, with any ambiguities interpreted to maximize the release of claims. The parties acknowledge the legally binding nature of this full release.
B. Disclaimer of Liability
We expressly disclaim liability or responsibility for (a) any loss or damage from the Materials, including errors, inaccuracies, or infringing, obscene, indecent, offensive, defamatory, invasive, or illegal content; (b) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of JokerBox; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account, transmissions, data, or Content by any third party; (d) interruptions or failures in transmissions to or from JokerBox, including delays in completing transactions; (e) bugs, viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or similar issues transmitted through JokerBox by third parties; (f) incompatibility of JokerBox with your other services, hardware, or software; (g) claims arising from identification based on your Content, regardless of privacy settings or geographic limitations applied on JokerBox.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
A. Trademarks
JokerBox is our trademark, and we protect our intellectual property rights. Trademarks or service marks of other companies are their property and cannot be used without permission. All JokerBox marks, logos, and domains cannot be used publicly without our written consent and must not cause consumer confusion or harm our brand.
B. Copyrights
Except for user-generated content, such as chatroom posts, all materials on JokerBox are our proprietary intellectual property, protected by copyright law. We retain full rights to these materials, and you may not copy, distribute, modify, upload, or use them without our written consent. You also may not alter or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice. Any unauthorized use of these materials violates our intellectual property rights.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). JokerBox does not allow copyright infringement and will remove content if properly notified. We also reserve the right to terminate access for repeat infringers, in accordance with our DMCA policy.
15. GENERAL
A. Entire Agreement
These Non-US Terms of Service, along with any other legal notice or agreement published by us on JokerBox, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of JokerBox a. This agreement supersedes all prior terms, understandings, or agreements regarding the use of JokerBox. A printed version of these Non-US Terms of Service and any electronic notices are admissible in legal proceedings to the same extent as other business documents originally generated and maintained in printed form.
B. Policies of Our Service Providers
You acknowledge and agree that we may use third-party service providers to deliver our services. You agree to follow any policies set by these third parties. However, if there is a conflict between their policies and ours, our policies will take precedence.
C. Assignment and Delegation

You authorize us to send notices, advertisements, and other communications, including potentially adult content. You may request removal from our email list at any time.
I. Communications are Not Private
All messages transmitted to us via JokerBox are deemed accessible to the public, and you will not use JokerBox for private communication.
J. Headings
Headings are solely for reference and do not affect the meaning of these Non-US Terms of Service.
K. Consideration
Your access to JokerBox, as limited by your purchase of paid features, constitutes acceptance of these Non-US Terms of Service.
L. English Language
The Non-US Terms of Service are provided in English, which is the binding version. Translations are at your own risk.
M. No Agency Relationship
Nothing in these Non-US Terms of Service constitutes a partnership, employment, or joint venture.
N. Usages
References to statutes include successor statutes and regulations. Terms like “including” mean “including, but not limited to.”
O. No Waiver
No waiver by us of any default is a waiver of any subsequent default. Invalid provisions are severed, and the remaining terms continue.
P. Other Jurisdictions/Foreign Law
We make no representation that JokerBox or its content is appropriate outside the U.S. Access in restricted areas is at your own risk. JokerBox is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and any use in prohibited jurisdictions may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Q. Export Control
The software elements of JokerBox may be subject to export regulations. Diversion of such materials contrary to law is prohibited.
R. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, labor shortages, or technical failures.
